Beware of "Emotional Eating"!

A lot of "eatings" in people’s lives is emotionally motivated. Food is often misused as a remedy to minimize or reduce hurt, lonely feeling and anger besides being a means for pleasure. After years of using food to create moments of pleasure and perceived comfort, overweight and obesity problems very often prevail slowly but surely.

This "seduction" by emotional eating is the reason why so many people gain weight simply because they "just love food."

If you are not already trapped by this negative emotional influence, the more you are aware of the emotional attachment you have with food, the higher would be your chances for resisting this seductive connection with emotional eating. Let "healthy living" be your incentive to overcome or prevent this problem.
