Take smaller meals........

While it is an easy way to get fruits and vegetables into our diet, smaller meals could also prevent binge eating. Excellent examples are a short cut of carrots and celery stalks which can satisfy your hunger while providing lots of fiber.

Do aim for snack-like portions of about 100 to 150 calories. Fruit and vegetable snacks can easily satisfy your hunger without the extra calories. It is a good idea to drink a glass of water before you eat anything. The good thing about water is that it helps to fill you up without adding calories.
